 Did you know Bentley Motors is building a residential building? It will be completed in 2026 in Sunny Isles, FL. At 749 feet tall, it will be the tallest oceanfront building in the U.S. with 216 luxury homes on 63 floors. Of course, the elevator will take residents right to their homes while still sitting in their cars. Additionally, the building will have oceanfront views, private balconies in each home, and the all five-star amenities of a modern luxury full-service building: 20,000 square feet that will have restaurants, bars, a fitness center, game room, movie theater and more. The custom finishes seen in the homes will be inspired by the design of a Bentley interior. Construction is expected to start this spring.
