The top 16 floors of the South Station Tower will be home to 166 Ritz-Carlton residences, slated for completion in 2025. The condo design will be brought to you by Pelli Clarke & Partners and renowned architect Jeffrey Beers International. At 680 feet, the South Station Tower will be one of Boston's tallest buildings and each home will offer panoramic City and Harbor views of the Boston skyline from floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

South Station Tower will also include office space, retail and more and the project is part of a complete revamp of South Station. The bus and train terminals will be increased and connected for easier access between the two. The project also includes public outdoor space and streetscape improvements.
