Millennium Place is located one block from the Boston Common. This 15-story building was completed in and has 256 residences, ranging from one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms, and starting at 775 square feet. Millennium Place has been designed to create four distinct living experiences: The Garden Residences, The Theatre Residences, The Residences on the Avenue and The Grand Residences. The Avenue and Grand Residences feature 14 penthouses, several with private terraces.
