The transformation of Boston’s Financial District and Midtown is well underway as we move through April 2026. What were once ambitious plans for One Post Office Square and Winthrop Center have now become the reality of the city's modern skyline.
One Post Office Square: A Modern Icon
The redevelopment of One Post Office Square is now complete, having transitioned from its original 1980s concrete aggregate facade to a sleek, all-glass "Class A" skyscraper.

The Anchor Tenant: As anticipated, the premier law firm Goulston & Storrs successfully relocated its headquarters to the building in April 2024, occupying 100,000 square feet across four floors. Their space features an energy-efficient chilled beam heating and cooling system and private outdoor terraces with panoramic views of the Harbor and Back Bay.

Architecture & Amenities: The redesign, led by Gensler, added nearly 200,000 square feet to the tower. It now features seven glass-enclosed terraces, a three-story transparent lobby, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, making it one of the most desirable office addresses on the Square.
